Founder and Relocation Expert, Hélène spent over 5 years in China and 10 years in Italy, living the joys and challenges of expat life firsthand. Moving to a new country also means changing culture — new habits, new ways of communicating, new everyday rules — and she understands that from experience. As a mother of two girls, she's learned to face every new situation as a family, building resilience and adaptability together.
Hélène's journey began as a product designer, driven by a desire to make people's lives better through good design.
The human element has always been at the heart of her work. Today, her mission stays the same: to help people, but now with a sharp eye for the administrative complexities of life in Turin, since 2021.
She's empathetic, observant and analytical — exactly what this job needs. Even though the rules seem to change every 6 months, she's always there to understand the situation and find a solution.
As she always says: in Italy, there's never a "no" — you just need to be patient.
